Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include any accessories provided with the product.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
